Below are various video projects where I have created and recorded sounds, and sometimes more.

Laser Fight

During my job at the Provo Library, I was tasked with creating videos for the Basement Creative Lab. The Library always does an event for young children every year, and in 2022, they decided to update their existing Space Academy program. We created new videos to accompany this, and this was the most ambitious of the scenes. I employed Adobe After Effects for creating the lasers, as well as did the sound design for the video.

​          VR Trailer

During my job at the Provo Library, I was tasked with creating videos for the Basement Creative Lab. An experience we offered was VR sessions, and so a trailer for the online advertisement was in order. Here was the result. All aspects of the video, including editing, game captures and sound design was done by me.

Logan

I wanted to give an emotional overview of a film through five different scenes in a musical montage. No sound or voice; just original compositions that would tie into each other. The music was created with a mix of different virtual instruments, primarily Omnisphere and East West.

Atlantis - The Lost Empire

This project was designed as a challenge to myself. This was the first project that I did solo that included extensive voice-over, heavy sound effects implementation, and original music. The cast consists of Freddy Acevedo as Rourke, Jason Francescon as Milo, and Yetunde Felix-Ukwu as both Helga and Kida. The music was created using EastWest's virtual Symphonic Orchestra. 

Yellowstone Documentary

For this project, I collaborated with Matt Schorr, another sound designer. He composed the music and did the final mix while I handled the sound design, the vocal and video editing. The original video is part of a BBC series on Yellowstone. All of the components here were created by us for a school project, including the narration by Malcolm Gibbs.

Harley Quinn vs. Poison Ivy

I recorded brand new voice overs for Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy with the fantastic voice talents of Emilie Karas (Harley Quinn) and Marianne McKenzie (Poison Ivy), UMKC MFA Acting graduates. I compiled and integrated sound effects and score for this full production sound project.

The Bourne Identity

An early video, the goal was to choose a short video clip and produce full production sound effects and scoring. I added all of the sound effects and score in this video to create a new design for the clip. Many of the sound effects were recorded specifically for this project, and an original score is present.

Captain Morgan Ad

An example of ad work, I recreated all of the sound for this Captain Morgan ad. This included finding and using sound effects, as well as adding an accompanying musical score. The score here is from the 2017 film Wonder Woman.
